MODULEX OPEN CELL CEILING SYSTEM
INTRODUCTION
The open cell ceiling systems are made of modular U-shaped integrated aluminum profiles. The basic idea is derived from classic wooden beams, and these systems are particularly suitable for big open areas with continuous visual and multi-dimensional effects. They are mostly used in shopping malls, supermarkets, big corridors, etc., in order to achieve more lighting and airflow. Besides, the system can easily accommodate plumbing, lighting, firefighting, and air-conditioning equipment above or at the same ceiling level.
The multiple choices of cell size, cell width, and color availability offer designers and architects a lot of possibilities in line with the requirements of integrated architecture. Open cell lights are lightweightand provide an aesthetic decorative effect.
CONTINUOUS LINEAR BEAM GRID CLIP-IN SYSTEM 300/200/100
Clip-in beam grid systems are particularly suitable for price-sensitive projects compared to lay-on grid systems. The appearance of the system is the same as the Lay-On grid system but installed with a rigid clip-in suspension system. It is a combination of both clip-in beams and panels with a maximum module size of 1500 mm. The panels and beams are easily demounted with a tile key for access to the ceiling void. The system is easy to install and lightweight with a direct wire hanging suspension system.
Suspension System: Insert the anchor in the ceiling soffit over the location of the main channels. Then, hang down 3 mm wire hangers/threaded rods with adjustment clips/universal brackets. Secure the main channel to the wire hanger or threaded rod. Then, connect the spring carrier to the main channel with wire brackets at the desired spacing. Make sure all the levels are correct to receive the beams and tiles.
