MODULEX LAY-IN, LAY-ON Metal Ceilings
INTRODUCTION
The Lay-in / Lay-on System is one of the most simplified and economical system in its range. This system is a modular ceiling available in square and rectangular tiles offering various designs, distinctive in being highly accessible for regular maintenance. It is specially proposed for commercial areas like, restaurants, hotels, commercial rooms, retail stores, offices, hospitals and kitchen etc. It is easy to install and individu-al panels can be lifted out to gain access to ceiling void. This system allows easy integration with industri-al standard lighting, HVAC, speaker, fire safety and security services. The panels are installed on a full accessible system supported by 15mm/24mm/grooved exposed Tee grids.
PRODUCT
- Type –Lay in system with T24 grids, T15 grids and ULTRALINE grids.
- Sizes- 300x300mm, 300x600mm, 600x600mm and 600x1200mm.
- Panel Thickness – 0.50 to 1.0mm Surface Finish – Plain / Perforated / Combination of both (standard perforation is 1.80mm diameter holes with diagonal pattern, other patterns can be made upon request).
- Panel Depths-8/10mmm or flush with the grids, panels with custom depths can be made upon order.
- Panel Edge –Square Edge Raw Material – Aluminium Alloy as per EN A W 3000 or 5000 series / Zinc plated galvanized steel or stainless steel (Brush/Mirror) as per ASTM A653-01
